Relocatable Concrete Modules

It is often hard to justify the use of concrete for short term projects for a number a reasons – for instance the heavy burden of end of project costs for the removal, clean up and rehab. On top of this, concrete/cement accounts for approximately 8% of the world’s CO2 emissions, which is a cause for long-term environmental concern.

The solution is Relocatable Concrete Modules.

An environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution that works to reduce project carbon footprint as it has been engineered for multiple uses during the long lifespan of the module. The modules are ideal for mine sites, construction, workshops, agriculture and temporary wash down pads as they can easily move from project to project.

Engineered To Sustain Multiple Lifts

Coupled with the high-grade engineered patented technology, the potential 100-year lifespan of each module allows the pads to sustain multiple lifts.

Lifting is carried out by a Container Swing lift, therefore Cranes, Riggers etc. are not required. Container corners are cast into the base of the concrete models with particular attention paid to the process.

Module Capacity

Modules have been engineered to carry a 75 tonne load .

As they are transported by standard container side lift trucks we can manufacture lengths between 6 & 12 metres.

Easy Installation
& Removal

The simple and efficient design makes it quick and easy to install on-site. The labour requires only 3 persons. Up to 5 modules can be installed in 1 hour and when required modules can be removed in the same timeframe.

Modules are connected and secured by way of the proven method using shipping container locking systems. The connectors are easily applied and removed.

Designs are formed with rebates between each unit to allow for adequate sealing.

Using the container locking system ensures a quick and secure connection.
